“To be or not to be”…

Our entire group went to the Globe Theatre. This is an exact reconstruction of the theatre that Shakespeare would host his plays and performances at. We were guided throughout the Globe and were given a breakdown on the history and details about the building. I wish I had more time to go to a performance. It would have been so cool.

After walking continuously, we were all exhausted, but more importantly – HUNGRY. We walked a few blocks down the street and realized we weren’t too far from the Borough Market. Which was beyond exciting for me, because I needed to go back after Rachael and I failed to make it in time for all the vendors to be there!

All of the food was so fresh. Local farmers came with all types of drinks, snacks, and baked goods. I had mango orange juice, which was so delicious, I almost bought another one.

All of my friends on this trip have been keeping up to date on my blog just to see when I would mention them. A few continued to ask for their “moment of fame” by being mentioned. So, I gave them their moments of fame..I waited until they all had food in their mouth when I took the pictures.

Tony – Who got lucky I did not get an appropriate eating picture of. So this will do.

These are just some of the many amazing people I have met on this trip. It was so much fun to be a part of the Borough Market for all of the vendors. I wish we had markets like this even once a week. London’s market is open every day. Definitely a place worth going twice!
